INTRO...born and raised in the gritty streets of the place they call the boogie down kreem dot always had a love for this culture we call hip hop ufortunatly his trial and tribulations growing up had him in a constant struggle between two worlds....and that was staying in the loop of a young dude that knows how to get money...or staying focused on his basketball career.....both occupations seeming very lucrative to young husler from the bronx....choosing to go the street route for a while....his luck quickly ran out.....lucky for him the charge he caught was a first offense and he only got 5 years probation....ELEVATION.during the same time he was constanly advancing his skills on mic..... entering battles,tossing any open mic he could find....things started to look clearer as his career as an m.c. after some time and plenty of grind his struggles lead to him getting a indie deal with the original jazzy jeff from the legendary old school group the funky 4 plus one...he was assignded to writing hooks and versus for legend such as curtis blow,waterbed kev and jazzy jeff himself....due to circumstances that project never left the ground..but fortunatly kreem meet guru of gangstar through a track they recorded for that album...and was able to sign a contrct with ill kid records in 2004....STIMULATION...he was featured on 3 tracks on the compolation album bald head slick and the click...which sold more 90,ooo units....kreem was on the track called pimp chit produced by pete rock, and also on the come up....and mendoughzas underground hit...club banger..they went on an eastcoast and over seas tour to promote and sell the album...kreeem dots biggest credit is flying lagos,nigeria in africa to peform with guru to further globalize this hip hop movement.....now you may be asking yourself....what happen to the deal with guru...due to gurus drive to continue to focus on his own carreer more than his artist, kreem dot ended his contract with guru early 2006....redemption.....since then kreem formed his own company..hometeam/makin millz ent with his good friend lazy i,and has put 10 mixtapes and a sneak peak album entitled da ref of da hood.....he has rocked many clubs here in new york city such as the rhumba..formerly know as the fever..the legendary club speed...the pyramid....red lounge..and don hills..just to name a few......he was also featured on the fight club...the gritty m.c battle contest fomerly on m.t.v....kreem was also featured in the source magazines (independence day) section.where he got rave reviews for his first single off the album (coochie coupons)..so take a second and listen to what he got to say..and im sure youll undestand why everybodys making such a big deal about this guy.....yours truly...the unknown critic.......
