Damon "D-STUBBS" Stubblefield was born on May 25, 1983. D-STUBBS earned academic and music scholarships to Howard University where he matured as a producer and continued to network. By playing with the Howard University Showtime Marching Band, he developed friendships with many musicians who provided respectable criticism while reinforcing positive aspects of his sound. In addition, D-STUBBS gained a reputation similar to that of the one in his hometown: a "certified beat maker"! In May 2005, D-STUBBS graduated from Howard's School of Business with a degree in Marketing and four more years of production experience. Today, D-STUBBS is currently working on a number of projects from a variety of fresh talents ranging from Hip Hop/R&B artists to Alternative groups. His reason for living is simple: "To make music that moves fans in a way they thought they couldn't be moved..to touch fans in a way they remember each time they listen to a track... to translate the feelings he had when making the track to his fans...and to create music for the world to enjoy!"
